Connect the Fuse Inventory MCP to Claude

Ask Fuse is an MCP connector that links your Fuse Inventory account to Claude. Setup takes a few minutes and does not require engineering help.

Before You Begin

In order to connect Fuse to Claude, you'll need:

• An active Fuse Inventory account
• An active Claude account (any plan)
• If you have a Claude Team or Enterprise account, an organization owner must add the connector in order for anyone else to connect.

Ask Fuse is read-only by default. It can't create, edit, or delete anything in your Fuse account.

How to Connect 

1. Copy the Fuse MCP server URL: https://app.fuseinventory.com/api/mcp
2. If you have a personal Claude account (Claude Free, Pro, or Max), follow these steps:
   1. Open Claude in your browser or desktop app.
   2. Go to Customize > Connectors.
   3. Click Add custom connector.
   4. Paste https://app.fuseinventory.com/api/mcp as the remote MCP server URL.
   5. Click Add.
3. If you have a company Claude account (Claude Team or Enterprise), follow these steps:
   1. Organization owner:
      
      1. Open Claude in your browser or desktop app.
      2. Go to Organization settings > Connectors.
      3. Click Add, then Custom. If Claude asks for a connector type, select Web.
      4. Paste https://app.fuseinventory.com/api/mcp as the remote MCP server URL.
      5. Click Add.
   2. Everyone else:
      
      1. Open Claude in your browser or desktop app.
      2. Go to Customize > Connectors.
      3. Find the connector labeled Custom.
      4. Click Connect and continue to the sign-in step.
4. Sign in to Fuse
   1. Click Connect next to the Fuse connector.
   2. Sign in with the email address associated with your Fuse account.
   3. Review and authorize.
